I live in southern Kentucky and evidently CD is not popular around me at all. This weekend I went to BRU, Target, both Walmarts, KMart, Sam's Club, and a few boutique baby stores and consignment stores. Basically every store in town that has baby things and NONE of them had any CD items (expect BRU had 1 large pair of gPants that had been returned). I was very disappointed and upset. I really wanted to get my hands on some different CD's so I could actually see and feel the difference. Now it looks like I am going to have to make plans to go to Louisville or Nashville to find any CD items in a store. That means taking a full day off, finding someone to go with me, and driving 2 hours to either city.
How popular is CDing around you? Do you know many mom's that do it? Can you find things in store or do you have to order everything like me?

Don't bother with BRU, Target, Walmart, etc.
Do a google search and see if you have any cloth diaper stores near you. Give them a call or look at their websites and see what they carry.

The Jillian's Drawers website has a diaper trial you can do. Also several of the online diaper stores sell gently used that you can try.
I don't have any stores with them near me either. My recommendation is to read reviews and experiences
We are so thankful that our second daughter, Lillian Elizabeth "Lily", was born healthy and happy on February 11, 2013. We love her to pieces.
We lost our first daughter, Hannah Grace on May 4, 2011. She was buried on May 14 during a beautiful service at my home church. We are grateful that if she could not be here with us, that she is healed and whole with the Lord. We look forward to the day when we will get to meet her. We love her so much.

The only huge mainstream store (like you mentioned above) that I've ever seen carry them is Target -- and that's only at a brand new huge one they just opened last month. Are you debating on type (pocket v. aio v. prefold) or brand (BG, GroVia, RaR, et

I live in a very large city and there are very few local stores that carry cloth diapers. I've actually never purchased a new diaper in a store. Everything has been online or off craigslist.
It's really no big deal.
My husband and I are looking into cloth. I am pretty sold but want to make my own so I went searching for examples. The fancy new Target was the only place Icould find one off the shelf. If you go to Target's website it will tell you if it is the local
I live in Madison, WI; home of Nicki Maynard the owner of Nicki's Diapers and creator of Planet Wise, Imagine Baby Products, and Best Bottom Diapers... it's pretty popular around here I think. I don't know anyone in the area, so I can only assume
Sorry ladies, I'm normally pretty good at responding after I post something but I got distracted trying to pick out what fluff I want to order.
I plan on ordering everything online but it would be nice to see some things in store before I d
