Parenting after a Loss

Rec Your First Year Book/Guide

I want to pick up one of those guide to baby's first year books- what do you recommend?  I'm looking at the Mayo Clinic book and what to expect- the first year, but am open to suggestions. I'd like it to be comprehensive, easy to navigate and not overly negative (like both pregnancy guides I was given where each week they'd give you a new disease/condition/awful scenario to ponder).

Thanks!

  • Another vote for Baby 411.  Our hospital recommends it, and the pedi nurses who staff the advice line refer to it when they get a question they don't know the answer to.
