When did you decide to start trying for baby #2?
Or were you even trying, or did you just let nature take its course?
DH and I want to start trying again right after DS is born. We only want two but want them very close in age. are we crazy for wanting this??
Also, we aren't going to "try" - we had a hard time getting pregnant the first time and I was on all kinds of hormones and fertility drugs and it made sex a "must" instead of doing it when we were in the mood - it felt like a chore when we were trying...
So we are going to try without trying for 6 months-no hormones or tests or extra meds. we want to see if we can do it on our own. Dr says you are more fertile after first baby is born.

good luck.
We wanted them close and started trying when DD was 9 months and got preggo right away. They will be about 18 months apart. I was not ready before then so this spacing was perfect for us.
Are you still pregnant with your first?

We wanted them close and started trying when our 1st was 4 months old. We got pregnant right away. We originally wanted about 16-18 month age gap but we miss calculated then DS was 5 weeks early so we got 13.5 months apart. We LOVE it!
