    This mama is making Mexican food! Pork green chile to smother beef burritos; topped with shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and black olives; beans, Spanish rice and chocolate mint brownies for dessert!

    We are making orange apricot pork chops in the crockpot. I think we will have brown rice and salad for sides.

    We grilled hamburgers last night. We had to get a new propane tank.  I'm thinking we need to grill something else tonight! I love celebrating sun and warmer weather.

    We do Sunday dinner with my family every week, its always my moms sauce with pasta, a huge garden salad, and garlic bread!

    We had a late lunch of H's ribs, baked beans, and pasta salad.

    We had grilled steaks, sweet potato fries, pasta salad and broccoli with cheese. It was a struggle to get B inside to eat, but once she started chowing down on steak she was happy!
