Saline spray ?

My DS is very stuffy and when I look up his nose I see tons of boogers. I was told to use saline spray. I have some around the house or do I need to buy special baby saline spray?

    Breast milk is like a cure all. You can use it on their skin, in their nose, I think even to help moisten their eyes. Put a few drops up lo's nose, wait a few minutes and then suck the snots out with your nasal aspirator.

    We buy the little noses brand, but only because it sprays less up there. I use breastmilk too. I put some in my kids goopy eyes and the green snotlike stuff cleared up in 24 hrs! Love breastmilk!

    We use the Target version of Little Noses.  The applicator is smaller than the "adult" version.

    Yes the breast milk works. Our son gets stuffy just about every night so I squirt some milk up there and within a few minutes he will sneeze out the gunk or if I hold him to my chest he will rub his face back and forth and it comes right out.
