Watery eyes?

Is anyone else having trouble with their children and their watery eyes? I'm thinking it might be allergies b/c she also has a stuffy/runny nose. She had a bad case of if this weekend, which lead to mucus after she'd wake up from naps.

Re: Watery eyes?

  • i don't but a friend of mine had to have her LO have a minor surgery done to correct her tear ducts.  she was totally fine after tho!

  • We've had pink eye 3x in the last 6 weeks (twice for DS, once for DD).  My nephew has had it too - it's really going around here.  Every time it started as just watery then the next day it was goopy.

  • We have pink right now too!  His also started early in the morning as super watery and by the end of the day it was really mattery and green.  And it sure is a treat trying to hold down a 10 month old to put eye drops in! :)

  • I may be wrong, but I don't "think" allergies usually start this early. I've heard that it takes a few seasons for true seasonal allergies to kick in. Watery eyes can certainly be a result of a cold. Hang in there, I'm in the same boat..
