Up between 6:30-7a, nap at daycare is at 12:30p but at home he usually is down between 11:30-12. There is so much going on at daycare they can keep him amused and awake longer.
DD is awake between 5:30 - 6am. Her nap is around 11:45 for 2hrs and bedtime is 6:30/6:45. We've tried shifting her whole schedule later but it hasn't worked so we work with her schedule as an early to bed and early to rise kid.
She wakes up around 8a, then takes a nap around 12:30 (either for a short 30mins or solid 90-120 mins) then falls back to sleep for good betw 8:30 & 9:30p
In total, she sleeps around 14hrs. Is this enough?
My LO gets up between 7:30 and 8 and usually takes a nape around 10:30 or 11 for an hour and a half to two hours. I am happy yet sad about this as she used to need two 2 hour naps every day.... was a lot easier to get things done. But she is growing up

At DC they nap from 12-2ish (although it seems most of them wake at 1:30)...which is after their 11am lunch.
At home he may sleep in a bit longer on the weekends, not much, 30 minutes to an hour, and generally eats lunch around noon, then
