Know of any good exercises to lose fat? I'm doing it mainly for health reasons rather than looks. I don't want to get diabetes not do I want to have more than the norm trouble walking or even breathing when in my 3rd trimester.
Try working on a stepper. Also, the E.N.V.Y. abs workout is great, but do not do the crazy intence stuff, just the things that you can do standing up with the weights. i do that, and I feel good!
What I've done is the 17 day diet. It lets u eat as much as u want but only the good stuff so its good for your baby. I started as soon as i knew i was pregnant. Lost 7 lbs and feel so much better and ready to face my second pregnancy!
