My LO has had mucous poo (just.straight.mucous.) for two months, and is fussy and uncomfortable after feedings. I've cut out: dairy, soy, gluten, eggs, and nuts. What else can I cut out? Do any of you have LOs with intolerances to something else besides these foods? I'll try anything!

No mucous in LO's diapers but he has excessive gas. I've cut out dairy, soy, and tomatoes. I'm having a tough time trying to find things to eat I can't imagine what you are going through! Maybe no caffeine??
Tomatoes, eh? Was that just process of elimination, or are tomatoes a typical culprit? Yesterday, my mother-in-law, a nurse, suggested cutting caffeine and I just about cried. With cutting everything else out, and a baby up 7 times a night, I really

Be careful. With dairy, you have to cut out milk, lactose, whey and casein. The whey and casein are what really get you. It's in meat, packaged food, chips, fast food, etc.
Luckily, almost all of our food is fresh food, since fast food really isn't a "thing" in Kenya. But yeah, I need to be more careful about the whey and casein.</

Thanks for the encouragement, folks.
