Sleep Question

Is there a 6 month sleep regression?? At four months we were still getting up every 1-2 hours anyway, so we didn't really notice a sleep regression then. But now (she'll be 6 mo on Tues) she's up every two hours again and a terror to get to sleep! This just came out of the blue for the past 3 days!

She has a good appetite, but I feed her til she's not interested anymore right before bed. Maybe I'll try adding an afternoon snack between "meals" and see if that helps. Maybe she's not getting enough during the day and that's effecting her sleep? I
