  Babies just drool. It's pretty normal,  you can put a bib on them to help avoid getting all of their clothes soaked. I am assuming the combo of no teeth and tongue trust just causes an outpour of spit haha.

  My DD has been a drooler since she was about 3 months old. I asked her Dr and she said it's normal.

  DD has lived in a bib for over 2 months.  She has all these cute clothes but they are always covered.
