Rash on belly and cheek

I noticed a rash on Evans belly this morning. It kind of followed his rib cage on bth sides. He's now breaking out on his cheek. He's an eczema kid but this doesn't seem like the same thing. It's much more concentrated with smaller bumps.

I dont think it's an allergy because we haven't introduced anything new and it doesn't seem to be bugging him. Any thoughts? Should I be calling the pedi?

Viral rash maybe? I'm not super good with rashes other than eczema and allergies. Hope it gets better overnight though and you don't have to worry.

Thanks!! I just did a little google hunting and I'm wondering if its fifths disease. We got over what I thought was a cold a few days ago so that would make sense...
