Goji Berry to help with MFI (and other foods that may help)

I've been looking online for suggested foods to also help boost sperm count and quality and I came across this article about Goji Berries. Apparently it may help improve circulation and protect from over heating.  LINK. From this article and a few others I read about it,  it seems to have several benefits. (I know these claims may not be well researched yet.)  Who knows if it will really help us, but I'm willing to give it a try. (important side note: I read it should not be eaten by women who are pregnant)

Has anyone here tired this? I've never had it in berry or juice form. Is it any good? Where did you buy it?

Some other suggested foods that I've come across are:

walnuts (already have DH eating those daily) improves blood flow with omega-3 fatty acids.

asparagus - to rid toxins and free radicals in the body

maca (1500-3000 milligrams extract recommended daily.) Not really sure how to add this to his diet.

dark chocolate  because it contains L-Arginine which DH already takes in supplement form.

I'll be asking the Uro about these foods but I just wanted to see if any of you have tried them or were considering it. Oh and if you have heard of any other foods that may help let me know Smile Basically I think we are out of medication options for DH to try regarding the reason for his low count, so I really just need to feel like we are doing whatever we can to help.
