  Go for it! If we didn't have a tablet, we would bring the laptop. Our hospital doesn't offer wi-fi, but it's still nice to have you own videos and music and pictures and whatnot.

  Bring it!! I don't know how I would have made it some of those late night pumping sessions if I didn't have my MacBook. We are totally BFF's too ;

  Heck yes! We each have a tablet we'll take. But like pp said if we didn't have those, the laptop would be coming.... Our hospital has wifi so we can watch Netflix, and Skype out of state family to introduce them to our new lo...etc!

  We brought the lap top when I had DD.  I have a tablet now, so I'll be bringing that instead.  If I didn't i'd bring the lap top.  You never know how long you'll be there and its much easier browsing and typing on a laptop than a phone.

  I took it with my previous pg's.  To be honest, I RARELY used it, but it's not that hard to bring, you could even leave it in the car and ask hubby to get it if you want it.  I now have a tablet so I'll take that instead this time.
