S/O a+a boutique vs. chain retail swaddle blankets

Mobile title: S/O a+a boutique vs. chain retail swaddle blankets

I just learned that these are two separate blankets! I read through the replies to a below thread and am thinking about how I want to do this.

So would you say buying a 4-pack from one of the chain retailers (so the 44x44 swaddles) and maybe 1 of the big ones straight from a+a is a good plan? Or no, should I just splurge and do a 4 pack of the big ones (I'm not a fan of any of the 2 pack patterns otherwise I would just do that). 

I've never used the a+a blankets before but want something that will give a nice snug swaddle but is light weight enough for summer. So that's why I was thinking it might be good to have both sizes? The 4-pack chain retail ones can't be that much rougher than the boutique ones, right?

    My impression is that the fabric quality varies a bit from print to print and the store specific ones are definitely a bit thinner, making them more ideal for warmer weather.  They both get softer with washing, but the larger boutique ones are fluffi

    Four is probably enough...we have 5 and only have 2 "out " and in use at a time. I would get a 4 pack of the boutique ones and wait to see if you need or want more.
