Help with donor egg decision

Hi everyone. I hope it's okay that I post this on here but I need some insight. I found out today that our attempt at IVF was a big failure. After being on a microdose lupron protocol with 300 iu gonal f and 300 iu menopur for 7 days I now only have one follicle. My responses to meds has been less and less each cycle we have done and I'm worried my ovaries are shutting down. At what point did you decide it was time to move on to donor eggs? I hate to put tons of money into more IVF cycles but I don't want to regret anything down the road. Is it worth it to try more iui's while I'm still producing eggs (even if its just 1?) 
29 yrs. old w/ DOR & LPD: Highest FSH 30, AMH 0.16, low antral follicle count
IUI#1 w/ Clomid, Trigger, and Crinone: BFP 9/12/12, EDD 5/24/13, mm/c 10/13/12, Testing done = Trisomy 16
IUI#2-8 (injectables): BFN
IVF #1- April 2013: Only 1 follicle on max stims- Converted to IUI: BFN
DE IVF#1: BFP!! EDD 11/20/14

    I found it to be a very difficult decision - our doctor told us early last summer that donor egg was likely our best bet but that she would keep doing IUIs because it only takes 1 good egg. We did a few more IUIs with BFN. It was so painful & disappoint

    Me:37 (DOR), DH: 40 (Normal) TTC #1 since Fall 2010
    2010-2012 - 7 rounds of Clomid, 4 IUI & 2 IVF - all BFN (2 chemical pregnancies)
    April 2013 fresh DEgg - 15R, 4F, 2 transferred = BFN.  
    FET - 11/13
    Beta #1 11/23 = 247; Beta #2 11/25 = 538; Beta #3 11/29 = 5481 BFP!!!!!
    U/s #1 12/7 & U/s #2 12/16 = One perfect little heart beat!! 
    EDD = 8/1/14

    Hi Katie.  I'm sorry you're struggling.   I'm a poor (make that extremely poor) responder so I understand your frustrations and concerns.

    Sorry you are facing this choice. I have similar DOR numbers and I also still produce eggs. For me it's an egg quality factor. At the end of your reproductive life egg quality drops drastically. You still might get a good one but there is nothing the d
