What's your weekly exercise routine?
I have Lupus and have just started back on my exercise routine after a year so I have to do low impact exercise. I do 30 minutes on a gazelle exercise machine. I am up to 1.5 and 1100 calories burned with each workout. It's not intense but I'm seeing results! When it gets warmer, I'll do swim aerobics too.
Also, what do you do as far as eating healthy? I am eating a lot of lean protein, fruits and veggies, fiber and cutting carbs. If I need a treat, I just have a small one so I don't feel deprived. I try to go by the philosophy of everything in moderation when it comes to that sort of thing. I'm trying to be realistic so it is a lifestyle change and not a diet.
I'm down 7 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks. I feel like I'm doing pretty good. I have 3940 lbs to go.
I just wanted to see what everyone else is doing. TIA!

We go to the YMCA most weekdays at 12:45/1:00. The timing is perfect for us, because LO naps usually 10:30-12:00/12:30. He wakes up, nurses, and we head out.
I run on the tredmill and LO plays in Childwatch. At the times we go,
