Book suggestions - boys

What books are your boys loving? DS has all of the Curious George and Franklin books ( along with every book ever writeen abut dinosaurs and trucks) and we've read them to death, so I'm looking for other series type books to get him. Thanks!

  • DD loves this series, but would be perfect for a boy as well, all of the Snowmen books.  The first is called "Snowmen at Night" and there are three others that are just as good.
  • DS is five and we also have all the Curious George books! He still likes the "If You Give A" series, and Llama series. We are reading a lot of Dr. Seuss and have a lot of the beginning reader books, too.

  • DD1 loves the "Pete the Cat" books.  It was actually a gift for DD2's 2nd birthday, but it's become a family favorite.  They're pretty gender neutral.  Our library had a couple if you want to try them first.

  • I agree with the Little Critter books. DS loves these.

Also, Click Clack Moo (Cows That Type) - and the others by the same author, If You Give A Mouse A Cookie - and the others, Gruffalo & Gruffalo's Child, are more of DS's faves. &nbsp

  • My 3 year old is obsessed with the Busytown books by Richard Scarry (The Adventures of Lowly Worm, The Best Counting Book Ever, etc. etc.).  He also really likes Chuggington books.
  • I have a daughter and a son.  Generally, they have always liked the same books at a given age, but there have been a few that had particular appeal to my son.

One such book is Maurice Sendak's "The Night Kitchen."  Another favorite that
