Spring cleaning

So we FINALLY have a sunny, warm(ish) Saturday and I am determined to get my lazy butt off the couch and get this house cleaned up!! I've banned DH to yard work, which he doesn't mind, so the house is mine for the day!

Anyone else putting mind over matter and willing themselves productive?

I may unpack a few more boxes from the babies room so we can actually set his room up.the operative word being may. It's half done now and I really just don't feel like touching any more boxes. I'm boxed out.

Being productive here too!
I love purging the closets and putting away all the heavy winter wear. Making room for all those inevitable baby supplies. Just stopped to catch my breath for a few minutes before getting back to it. This counts as exercis

I had to on the last nice day we had. We moved into our house almost a year ago, and STILL have boxes. SMH. We suck. So, yea, I've pretty much just been chucking the boxes in the trash. If we haven't needed it/used it in a year, we must not need it at all

We actually started spring cleaning a couple of weeks ago, but our progress has been halted for a while. I donated a ton of stuff a couple of weeks ago, but I haven't done much more since. However, we still have a lot of work to do!

Kind of the opposite for me. I am dying to get my house cleaned and sorted out. But hubby is still installing the new floors and I am still summoned to the bedroom until he is done!

Forcing myself to finish cleaning out the nursery so MH can paint the room tomorrow. I'm sure right after I'm done I will pass out.

Ha! Nope! I am eating m&ms on the couch in the sun, watching baby kicks. I'll shower eventually, and then perhaps wander outside to will the dead leaves off our patio before I leave for a gig around 2:30.

Great idea. We did this a couple of weeks ago. I cleaned the house while my fiance did the garage. It actually kind of worked out perfectly, since we are moving, and our stuff is easier to pack up, move, and organize.
