  • 1. I can take up to 12 weeks with FMLA, which is what I plan to do. I will be paid 100% until my leave runs out. I have about 6 weeks of sick leave and two weeks of vacation so I'm looking at about 8 weeks paid and the rest will be LWOP.

    My company allows 6 months away with my job guaranteed. I have CA state family leave, so for 6 weeks after vaginal or 8 weeks after c-section I get 55% of my pre-tax pay. Aft

    Dx: Feb '13 - HSG shows clear tubes but minor diverticulitis; Borderline DOR; Low DHEA and low testosterone.
    Moving on to IUI or IVF.

  • 1. We get short-term disability.  So 6 weeks vaginal delivery 8 weeks c-section.  The first 5 days are taken as sick days/personal holiday/vacation and the next 5 are fully paid.  The next 2 if I have a c-section would be at 50% paid.</P
