SAHM. playgroups? activities?

since DS is an only child & its just me and him home all day, i want to get him into an activity with other babies/kids. we are doing a swimming lesson in August but i want to get him more aquatinted with other kiddos early on. i want him to learn how to interact, play and share. what do you do or are you planning on doing with your LO? playgroup? music class? i live in a small town & there aren't too many activities for young kids & i am the first of my friends to have a baby.

    Parks are always nice.  You could also see if your library does a story-time, some book stores like Barnes and Noble do them as well.  If you go to church you could always see if they have a playgroup, ours does.  If you have a park's di

    library story time

    BF support group meetings

    D is around 4.5 months and we started story time at the library at 4 months. They have a specific story time called books and babies that is geared towards infants.

    D really seems to like it. Some of the babies are crawling and starting to walk.

    Mommy and Me classes start at 3 months where I live. It's nice because they organize the classes by their birth months so they're all the same age. If they don't have any where you live, I think your best bet is to just go to the park to try to meet other
