DH and I had some done there not for babe but we were not impressed at all, DH looked like death in the photo, not sure what happened to his coloring. You could give it a try, it is a GC so you are not really spending out of pocket for the photos if you do not like them.
Meh on Sears. We got our first pics there and were not impressed. We got one extremely good shot, but other than that, it was overpriced for what we got.
I think it totally depends on who the photographer is. We have used them 3 times and our daughter loves this one lady who works there. She always gets a smile from her. The last time though there was an assistant working and she was a little clueless, had to be directed by the manager. I would definetly give them a try. they had some cool holiday backgrounds. I think if you dont like the pictures you dont have to pay anything other than a 15 dollars session fee but I'm not sure.
personally our experience was awful. but it could be b/c the mall where our sears is isn't the best but there was like 3 people working and they were all like 16. the place where we took the pictures was the size of a closet. the kid doing our pictures didn't have a clue what was going on. i would never go back! but like i said that was our experience i think some ladies on here have had better luck. ?
We got our Christmas pictures done there and I wouldn't recommend them. We spent way too much for what we got. They didn't turn out all that well and when I went to pick up the pictures there was a sign that gave 50% off for the package that we got. It was only one week I wish they told us that there was going to be this huge sale in a week.
We went to Sears last weekend, but haven't gotten our pictures yet. They seemed good on the computer when we were checking them out, but way overpriced! We also spent at least two hours there between waiting for the photog and waiting to see our pictures!
I have taken DD there three times. The pics were good but the same girl has tried to screw us on the price all three times. The 1st time I had a coupon for 10% off, a free 10X13, and BOGO on a weekday. I told her I wanted a CD and the BOGO, and she told me I had to buy a discount card first, and then be eligble the next time we had pics taken. I told her she was wrong but she insisted.
The next time she told me CDs were $200 if I didn't buy sheets. Again I showed her the coupon saying they were $119 max and again she insisted. So, I called coporate, and they confirmed I was right and then sent me more of my first sessions pics and a letter good for three free sheets and no sitting fees.
So, I took DD in there last weekend to get my free sheets, along with another CD. She tried to tell me the CD's were $150 this time, until I called her out and showed her the letter. Then she tried to charge me for one of the free sheets. I finally paid the correct amount, but she was crappy to me the entire time during checkout. We won't be going back.
