Lumps in breasts

I am 6w5d and just noticed two hard pea size lumps on my breast near my armpit. At this early stage, could my breasts be changing already? They are very tender and painful. I have not noticed and in my other breast.

    IME I didn't experience any changes until the end of my pregnancy. However, with all the hormonal changes taking place, your breasts can be affected I'm sure. If it concerns you just have your primary care dr do a quick breast exam.

    yes it's possible your breasts are changing, your whole body is changing.
