Hi Ladies, I just thought it might be helpful for some of you to know that you can get free legal aid for custody issues if you make under a certain amount per year. I looked and in my state if you are single and make under $30,000 per year you can get assistance. I sure wish I had known about this two years ago when I broke up with my ex. I have had to pay thousands in attorney fees to keep primary custody and get child support.

If you just google legal aid and your state you can probably find how to get assistance.

I was eligible for it but it did me no good and they did not fight for me. If you can you are better off getting a paid lawyer. Most firms will let you make payments.
