  It's not as trendy as the -aden names, but I think it's definitely a "2000s" name, fitting into the trend of last names as first names. However, I kinda like it.

  I do think its trendy.  Its not my personal style at all, but I like it a heck of a lot better than the -ayden/-aden/-aiden names popular right now.

  I have a cousin named Mason--he's 13. . . otherwise, don't know any others.  I don't think of Mason as "trendy".

  But it is an -on ending name and those seem to be everywhere. Hubs and I have 6 nephews all with -on ending names, hence part of the reason we chose Henry

  That's our baby's name!  I think it depends on the area.  I asked this question a few months ago and got a lot of different responses.  DH picked the name before we started dating 9 years ago (kinda backwards, I know) so it's been growing on me a while now!
