Babies: 6 - 9 Months

Blue feet

I am reluctantly posting this as I feel there is nothing to worry about. My mil watches our LO during the day. She says that sometimes when the baby wakes up from a nap her feet are blueish. I have never seen this at home though. I think it's because my mil holds her on her lap all day rather than let her play more so her circulation gets slow. Should I be concerned that her feet occasionally look like that?

Re: Blue feet

  • I just noticed a blueish tint to my daughter's feet after we got back from a walk yesterday. I was a little concerned, but they returned to pink quickly so I didn't stress too much. Your circulation theory makes sense.
