back pain

I woke up this morning and felt like I put my back out. Is this a normal pregnancy symptom? I'm 12w1day.

    Where is the pain in your back?  I've been having lower back pain (like right above my hips) for about a week now.  I told my doctor about it this week my appointment and she said its normal and can be a combo of things, like muscles stretching

    It's normally my lower back but it happens every now and then. I use a heating pad for awhile and it helps or see a kracker.

    The lower back pain is normal. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I didn't expect it so early on but every time I get up from laying down is hurts when I walk for a couple of seconds but I know it's normal.
