Organizing all of my photos is my big project goal before baby comes and the picture taking flood gates open! I think I want to go the Shutterfly route... anyone have good or bad experiences with them? Did something else work better for you? Am I the only one who still has boxes of pre-digital photos that they haven't scanned or done something with?
(If you did go Shutterfly, did you have a preferred size? I feel like 12x12 would be huge but I want to get the most bang for my buck!)

I have my photos on my computer, on a hard drive, burned to DVDs and uploaded to shutterfly. You can never be too careful!

I've done a lot of photobooks over the years and have used Shutterfly, Snapfish and Mixbooks.
IMO, Mixbooks had the best quality and most design choices/editing capability within the book and Snapfish had the best sales.
