Breaking the News

My son is 5 months old and I just found out I'm pregnant again. This one's due date is two days before my son's...just a year apart! I told my hubby. Poor guy is NOT ready for another baby. I know my parents will be excited. Hubby's parents, I'm not so sure. MIL has been "No babies in 2013!" Since DS was born in November. I think that's because they got 4 grandkids in 2 years, and she's easily overwhelmed. I shouldn't care what she thinks, though, right? It's our life. Our baby. Encouragement, please?

Anybody else have babies this close together?

    First Surprise and congratulations! I know it can be overwhelming and a shock to the senses. You'll be ok, you just have to get over the initial hump.

    DD will be almost 2 when DS arrives in July. So not quite that close together but cl

    Congrats!! My son is almost 5 months and we are going on 10weeks of our pregnancy. So my babes will be 11 months apart! My family was very positive but mil didnt react well at first. We gave her a day to cool off and she later called to apologize and say
