Baby cries like crazy in her sleep

My daughter is almost 4 months old. Lately while sleeping, she will start crying like she is awake and needs me but when I go to get her, she is still sleeping (her eyes are closed) but she is crying and kicking her legs and shaking her head side to side. She does this shortly after going to sleep at night and in the morning. Anyone else's baby do this? Any suggestions to get thi to stop. Oh, I am still swaddling her because her hands still have a mind of their own and wake her up.

Maybe try a night without the swaddle? They shouldn't have the startle reflux much longer or not at all depending on the baby, so maybe she just isn't liking it? When my LO shakes her head side to side in her sleep it means she's hungry and looking for my

I would call the pedi. It could just be trapped gas but could also be an ear infection. Doesn't hurt to get it checked out.

My DD did this same thing in her sleep when she was around 3 months old, every night for about a week and then stopped. I have no idea what caused it. She seemed to do it every few hours though. I don't know if it had anything to do with

My LO sometimes cries during a nap, and her face looks like she's in PAIN. I usually hold her upright and shush her and she calms back to sleep. I don't know if its a touch of reflux or gas, but its not every day.
