How long did your post partum hair loss last?

I'm thinking of chopping it off like I did with my first.  It's been falling for a month and seems so much thinner.

    I started losing mine when DS was maybe 3 or 4 months old. It hasn't stopped, but I think it may be slowing down, since it's starting to fill back in!

    Mine slowed down by around 4 months.  Luckily I have very thick hair, so despite the hair loss, my hairdresser said I still have A LOT of hair.

    Failed multiple cycles of Clomid+TI and Clomid+IUI

    3/2011 inj+IUI #1 BFP. 4/2011 missed m/c. 

    Fall 2011 inj+IUI #2&3 BFN

    Jan/Feb 2012 IVF#1 BFP 2/23  EDD 10/31/2012 ~~~ Halloween ~~~

    Our IVF miracle, Baby Boy M, arrived on 11/8/2012!

    Ugh... mine is still going on - but seems to be slowing the past week or so.  I still take my prenatals with iron (for breastfeeding) and fish oil plus try to eat enough protein - not sure what else I can do.  I hear you on this!

    Mine is still going but I have long hair and it tends to fall out a lot.

    Ugh, I have thick hair that I recently cut to shoulder length and its constantly coming out. And I mean handfuls. I hope it doesn't last much longer!

    About a week ago I noticed a difference. Losing less....

    ME: 31 PCOS - DH: 32 Perfect. 
    TTC #1 started 8.2010. 
    BFP #1 3.2.11Blighted ovum, missed m/c, 4.3.11-6.22.11 Provera

    BFP #2 Aug 2011 Clomid 50mg+Met missed m/c found 9w5d | cytotec 10.26.11 
    BFP #3 - CD36 - Jan. 2012 - 100mg Clomid + 2000met-  Baby Boy born 10.06.12 with 1 in a billion CHD. Perfect otherwise.

    I'm hearing anything from 6-8 months from people I know. Personally, 4 months post-partum, and it's only starting to slow.

    It is slowing now, but definitely still losing more than normal. I so wanted to keep my thick pregnancy hair!
