Trying to Get Pregnant

Looking for TTC tips for this beginner!!

The soon-to-be hubby and I have decided to start TTC this time next year and I want to begin preparing my body now. I plan on trying to lose as much weight as possible before then since I am currently nearly 100 pounds overweight at the moment and am looking for tips and advice on weight loss and preparing for conception. Also what are some helpful books you have read about TTC?

Thank you advance for your insight!

Re: Looking for TTC tips for this beginner!!

As for ttc don't waste money on books a lot of the info you'll need is right here on this site or others like this one.

    Welcome & good luck &
