  We're in the same boat, kind of. DH is gone tomorrow night, and I'm going out with friends on Wednesday, so...we'll be having a lot of leftovers. Here's my "meal plan," though.

  Sunday: Chinese

  Monday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic bread

  Tues: Orange chicken, quinoa, cauliflower

  Wed: Spaghetti with homemade meat sauce, broccoli, garlic bread

  Thurs: Homemade mac and cheese, green beans

  Fri: Grilled hamburgers, sweet potat
