For those of you that had time off after your loss and your S/O went back to work before you, how did you deal?
I am lucky that I am getting six weeks off, so at the end of this week I still have four left. MH is likely going back to work on Monday, and I am really nervous about being home alone. We've tried to do something small each day to get out of the house, and we've been together almost every minute since the night I went into labor.
He went out with some friends last night so a little bit and right now he is at the shooting range with his dad....I had a bit of a breakdown last night, and right now I can feel myself feeling sadder since he left.
I know after a few days of him being back to work I will get used to him being gone, but how did you keep yourself occupied? I've never had this much time off work and I am afraid I'll slump into just laying around all day and being sad.
