Today we received the news that my husbands azoospermia is due to an inversion in the Y chromosome. My immediate reaction was to exhaust the Internet for any type of reassurance or hope. We are currently stationed overseas so we have no access to fertility doctors or recommended urologists. The blood work was done a couple weeks ago when we were home in the U.S, and now I feel helpless until our next trip home which I'm not sure when that will be. Has anyone else had this be the cause of their infertility?

(((Big Hugs))) My DH also has Y cromosome microdeletion. I don't want to give you false hope but, our 1st child is full bio (IVF/ICSI). He had a single digit count and we a a few sperm frozen and we got lucky and were successful with our IVF/ICSI. He h
