If I get a good stroller and car seat bunting/sack/whatever you want to call it, would there be any point to getting a snowsuit as well? I would assume baby would just be going from indoors to the car and vice versa, but I guess you never know.

Gates - depends on what you want. Do you want one that permanently attaches to your wall? Or one that is mobile? We have both - the permanent one is at the top of the stairs for DD. The mobile gates keep our dog penned in our living room/dining room so

Does anyone have safety gates they would recommend? I'm not sure what brand ours are, but if you have stairs get one that permanently attaches.. I've heard too many horror stories. If you are worried about screw holes or anything you can always attach
