City Mini double stroller

If you have this stroller, at what age can you start using it for an infant?  Will I be able to use it for my 8 week old without the car seat adapter?  I am looking for a stroller that I can use for my infant and toddler and not have to get a tandem stroller.

    We used it from the time we got the stroller (DS was about 5 or 6 weeks old). We did not have the adapter. I felt very comfortable with DS being in it, and he was buckled very snuggly.

    from birth. We had one of those snuzzler things in the early weeks

    You can get Snuzzlers at BrU, Target, lots and lots of places really.  I picked one up at a consignment shop (they are used for hardly any time and wash up just fine).  I used a City Mini double from birth but very much disliked the under basket
