Vaca and black out shades?

in Toddlers: 24 Months+
Going on vacation where we will be renting a house. I'm worried that there will be too much light in lo room . We have black out shade cover in his room but I think all they have are blinds no curtains so I'm wondering what I could do to help keep it darker. Not sure they have any rods to even hang a towel on.. Any suggestions? I want to bs prepared in case... I like to sleep:

    We just got back from visiting my parents.  DD and DS were in a room with so little light filtering, they could have been outside.  It didn't affect them.  Do you know LO has trouble sleeping if it's too light?  You could take a sleepi

    Open your blind up a little at home and see what happens.  We've found that our kids are more sound sensitive, than light.  So, we bring a mini fan as white noise, but don't worry about the curtains.
