Dryness- Hands & Feet

in Parenting after a Loss
DD has very dry hands and feet and her skin is peeling. I put some lotion on her feet, but am hesitant to put anything on her hands since she puts them in her mouth. Anyone have any suggestions?

    My pedi said to just leave the hands alone. I lotion everything else though. His hands eventually got a lot better over time too.

    what about a little bit of baby oil?  Since being pregnant ive had insanely dry skin... i use baby oil in the shower so that its not greasy

    It is perfectly normal for their skin to peel during those first few weeks. My pedi actually said not to put lotion since their body is learning how to regulate the amount of oils it needs to produce.
