Last time I gained about 10 pounds in the first tri but then only gained 29 pounds total. If your anything like me the constantly hungry feeling will get better in second tri. I'm in the same boat right now tho I could eat all day every day!
I'm hungry ALL OF THE TIME!!!!!!! I have to eat almost constantly or I get nauseous. I started eating frozen grapes, it takes longer to eat so that I don't devour them so quickly.
