DD is officially weaned. No boob, no bottle. Monday was her last nursing. We sat down Tuesday morning when she woke up and she started crying. I asked what she wanted. She pointed to the TV. So we watched a couple minutes of PBS Kids while she cuddled a little bit then she was fine to get down and play. That is now our new morning wake up routine.

No pain for me either really. We weaned so slowly that I haven't had any of the pain people always talk about when they wean.

    I stopped Sunday!

    You didn't have any engorgement at all? I'm jealous. Monday, I was ok, but Tuesday was not fun. Today I still feel a little of it, but I've been wearing a super tight sports bra which is helping. I thought I did it slowly,

    Yay for making it to 1 year!  Wow, I'm jealous that you didn't have any engorgement!  The last session I dropped, I got a REALLY stubborn blocked duct.  We're down to twice a day - first thing in the morning and bedtime.  Not sure how/

    I never had engorgement issues anyway. I rarely pumped and produced just enough for DD. Didn't get much when I pumped so didn't do it.

    I'm a little uncomfortable today but not bad. From the time we dropped to 4 nursings a day to done was 3 months

    Congrats! That must be bittersweet! I'm looking forward to it (caffeine whenever I want!) but I'm also dreading it because I love that time. We're down To morning, bedtime, and once in the MOTN.

    Congrats!  My LO weaned 10 days ago and I was totally fine until 2 days ago.  Now I'm in a lot of pain, engorged and leaking.  Right now I'm trying cabbage leaves in the bra.  Annoying! Hope the engorgement issues stay away for you!

    As happy as I am that I have been able to nurse, I am soooo ready for the day, when I can say these words you just said:)  My little guy wouldn't take a bottle at all, and so, mommy is ready for a little more freedom.......  I love the bondin
