Jillian Michaels Killer Abs dvd

Does anyone have feedback on this workout dvd. Is it worth it? I have her 30 day shred which i like but it doesn't really do alot with abs. Thanks!

    i have most of here dvd's and have made it through all three levels of each dvd.  the killer ab dvd is tough...can't make it past level 1.

    I did that DVD and was like, "is this a joke?" at how "easy" it was. 

    The next day I realized the joke was on me.

    I have yet to try it again. I couldn't sit up unassisted for days!
