What would you do?

Dd is 11 months old and is normally a good sleeper. Last night she would not go to sleep, fought tooth and nail. I think she was not feeling well. After many hours of intermittent nursing sessions usually knocks her out when she is really tired and not sleeping more than 30 minutes, she finally fell asleep for good this morning. My question is should I let her sleep as long as she wants and get her up if it close to the end of her normal nap time to keep routine or just let her sleep however long she wants regardless if she goes past nap time? Thanks

    I would just let her sleep, if she is needing more because of last night give it to her.  She will get back on her schedule in a day or two.

    Let her sleep. If she isn't well she will need the rest. They usually get back on schedule pretty quickly.
