What the heck does the W stand for in WCM??

We're looking to start milk VERY VERY soon and I am kinda freaking out about the transition. I remember it being so easy with my daughter but I don't remember HOW we actually made the switch.

I haven't been here in a while but I am loving seeing who is pregnant and how grown up these babies are looking. So flippin cute!
