Milk protein allergy

My dd was diagnosed with a milk protein allergy since I'm bf I have to be on a strict dairy free diet. Any suggestions as to what I can eat? There's dairy in lots of things, so I don't want to get tired of the eating only a handful of things.
Help!!

  • Hi,

I mostly lurk on this board but my son had a dairy allergy for the first 2 years of his life and has outgrown it (yay!) so I thought I'd respond since I know how hard it can be to be dairy free.

There are tons of dairy free recipes out
