when was your a/s

I scheduled my a/s u/s and it is at 19w5d. I'm not sure if this will be too early since most say its at 20w. What has been your experience?

It seems that most doctors schedule anywhere between 18-22 weeks. I had mine at 21 weeks, but 19w5d should be OK.

I had a MFM appt when I had just turned 18wks. They did a high level ultrasound at that appointment and said it could be counted as my a/s.

Ours was on the first day of our 19th week. Everything went great. Only issue was our stubborn LO who wouldn't shift so the tech could see her spine. On the plus side this meant we got to see her again a week later without any cost to us.

My OB wanted me to have mine before I got sent to the MFM, and told me to have it done between 18 weeks 0 days and 19 weeks 0 days. I could only get in on 18 weeks 0 days, though I would have liked to get in later.

I have read that anytime between 18 and 20 weeks is fine, but you can get the best measurements around 20 weeks. Yours is so close to 20 weeks, that I think you are fine! Mine will be at exactly 20 weeks.

Mine is next Monday, April 8th. I will be exactly 20 weeks. I was told to schedule it at 20 weeks but I have heard anywhere from 18-22 is acceptable.

i had mine at 19w5d and i had to have a re-do because the little stinker wasn't cooperating. i had the re-do today and everything was great! good luck!
