DD is 4 months and sleeps at night and naps in Rock n Play swaddled. She loves to be swaddled and her startle reflex appears to still be strong. Since she is starting daycare in 6 weeks I would like to transition her to crib and lose the swaddle. She will be expected to nap in a crib at daycare. Any tips for the transition? Should I first lose the swaddle and have her sleep in RnP? And then transition to crib? Just trying To figure out the best order to do this without driving myself insane ;-) She currently sleeps 12 hrs at night so I'm hesitant to make any change, but necessary..

I just successfully transferred my LO from RnP to crib but no swaddle, she has a huge hand fixation since birth so swaddling wasn't gunna fly. My advice start naps on your bed or crib. I have to lay with my LO to get her to nap so she naps on
