Just wondering how many of you ladies are sticking to the whole no deli meat rule? My doc said to avoid it, but I'd literally give my left arm for a cold turkey sandwich today. To cheat or not to cheat? That is the question.

My midwife has never said a word regaurding deli meat.

I've been eating deli meat, no problem. Recently, I bought the carved whole foods meat that they roast fresh in the store. Has no preservatives, msg, etc.
I eat a turkey sandwich almost daily at work, but I have them heat it until steaming first. If you want it cold, heat it and then cool it. Boo bam, you're good to go.
Last pregnancy, I did eat turkey unheated quite often, just
