Slipped in just in time! (Intro)

Hey Everyone!

My husband and I found out a week ago yesterday that we're expecting our first on November 30th. We are so excited and will probably have a million questions so I figured I would join you here!  I'm not up on all the abbreviations that are used here and was wondering if there is a thread that names them all.

So far, I've had gas, bloating and cramping. I haven't slept through the night since we found out due to the gas and cramping. Some nights I wake up 2-3 times a night.  I got some GasX and it seems to help some. 

We told our family this past weekend. Like I said, this will be our first and we couldn't keep it in. Plus we want our family's prayers for the little squirt. :) 

Looking forward to learning a lot here these next few months!!

    Hi Welcome!  Oh I hear you on the cramping and bloating!!! The bloating I was experiencing last night had me tossing and turning all night last night.....

    Thanks, I will be 6 weeks along on Saturday. Due date is Nov 30th. 

     Our first appointment is April 16th.

    Congrats and welcome to thebump!  This also is our first however we have had some m/c so hopefully this one will stick!

    congrats!  I am a first timer as well, and my first appt is on the 16th too!  Our estimated due date is 11/26.

    I am in the same boat as you. I am due the 30th. We are so excited but nervous too. I have only told my dad... I will certainly be asking questions too!
