Insight anyone?

First of all, i am sorry for everyone's losses on this board. I wish none of us had to go through any of this. Looking for a little insight or reassurance that I am being crazy.

I found out 2/27 that I has a miscarriage. I was wondering if anyone know if my symptoms leading up to/lack there of may suggest an underlying cause. It is 'just my first' loss so of course my doctor isn't taking it very seriously. I don't know if I am being paranoid, but I just can't shake this feeling that there is something wrong other than a chromosome abnormality. Symptoms: 

-Pretty much no pregnancy symptoms except fatique and maybe more frequent urination. No sore boobs, no nausea, no mood swings, no cravings. Light cramping off and on all pregnancy.

-light brown spotting at 7 weeks, had ultrasound which showed heart beat, but measured 6 weeks. They couldn't find any reason for the spotting. Brown spotting again at 10 weeks. Noticed it after exercising. Ultrasound showed baby measuring just barely 8 weeks, no heart beat. Growth could have been slowed or it had passed 2 weeks prior.

 -felt like my arms and legs fell asleep more easily than normal, but maybe I was being paranoid.  

 

P.s. I had a dream that I miscarried at about 8 weeks, when it might have happened. Anyone else experience this type of intuition? Could have been a fluke, but a little freaky!

    So sorry for your loss.  I had my loss on 2.21 DnC the next day.

    I was 11 1/2 weeks.  I had no morning sickness. The only thing I had was being exhausted.  No sore boobs, nothing.

    I think those are common symptoms/lack symptoms for a mmc. In hindsight after we found out about our mmc, If had zero pregnancy symptoms for a week. Everyone on my bmb was always talking about how pregnancy symptoms come and go, so I tried not to worry. I

    Looking back, I knew from the start that something wasn't right. I also had a dream that I miscarried a few days after I found out I was pregnant.

    Very sorry for your loss. With my MMC I was puking daily. Fatigue. Frequent urination. Nausea. You name it i had it. I even continued to vomit after I found out my baby had passed. I had symptoms until my d&c procedure.

    I'm sorry for your loss and I hope you are on the mend.

    Like you, this was our first pregnancy too but I had lots of symptoms: sore bbs, extreme fatigue, cravings, aversions, bloating.
